To fully enjoy your stay!
Before you leave, we strongly advise you to check your insurance conditions. Unfortunately, skiing is not a risk-free activity.
esf Morzine has taken out professional indemnity insurance (PI) which covers its clients for damage they may cause to a third party during the time they are under the authority of an instructor.
Please note: this insurance does not cover the following costs that esf Morzine clients may have to bear on their own behalf in the event of an accident: rescue costs, medical costs, broken or stolen skis, unused ski lift passes, etc.
Hence why esf Morzine recommends that its customers check that they are well covered and if they're not, esf Morzine recommends them to take out insurance to cover these risks so that they can enjoy their stay worry-free.
Remember to take out cancellation insurance when you book online. Please note that you are not covered in the event of an accident, but the cancellation guarantee allows you to be reimbursed in the event of a holiday cancellation under certain conditions.
To be covered in the event of an accident on the slopes, esf Morzine strongly recommends that you take out SnowRisk insurance which you can find in any of the Portes du Soleil resorts. Available at the ski lift ticket offices of our partner resorts and in our esf offices, SnowRisk provides you with all the insurance and assistance guarantees you need to freely enjoy winter sports with complete peace of mind.
ATTENTION: Please note that mountain rescue is not free of charge and must be paid for by the injured person.
SnowRisk directly covers all search and rescue costs as well as medical repatriation. In case of cancellation of your stay (if you took out Snowrisk Insurance before the stay) the insurance will reimburse your ski lift pass or your Nordic access card and your ESF lessons booked and paid in advance.
In the event of interruption of your stay due to accident, illness or early return, the insurance will reimburse your ski lift pass or Nordic access card and your ski lessons on a pro rata basis for the days not used.
For more information on the conditions of Snowrisk insurance, we invite you to consult Snowrisk's website. You can take out Snowrisk insurance when you book your lift pass.
